Junior Product Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams on translating our product vision into tasks
  • Document, organize and detail product feature specifications
  • Support the Product and Engineering teams by monitoring the work in progress and helping to mitigate any roadblock or dependencies that surface during development
  • Attend all scrum/relevant Product and Engineering meetings
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Team on sprint/release planning
  • Collaborate with the QA and Engineering teams by validating the work being developed from the user's perspective


  • 2+ years of experience  in Product Development.
  • Knowledge of Scrum and Agile Development Methodologies
  • Experience in defining requirements and features with proactiveness, autonomy and responsibility
  • High organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and to identify opportunities that lead to better value with less effort
  • User-centered product vision
  • Good oral and written communication skills (in Portuguese)
