We have more than 60 products that deliver content to more than 200 million visitors per month. We are one of Portugal’s and Latin America’s largest Content Publishers that everyday helps improve people’s life by creating and distributing free content.

Key roles:

  • Responsible for the efficiency of the recruitment and onboarding processes at 7Graus;

  • Partnering with colleagues from other teams, lead activities that will attract talents mainly for the Tech, Product and Content Creators teams;

  • Have significant impact and contribution to 7Graus employer branding and organisational development;

  • No travelling expected.

Key experience we need from the right candidate (essential requirements):

  • Strong experience in recruitment (including sourcing) - min 3 years.

  • Competence to evaluate variety of technical skills (from IT to creative writing).

  • High self-awareness, emotional & multi-cultural intelligence to quickly built a rapport with any person .

  • Balance between analytical mind/focus on results and relationship building skills.

  • Original, creative ways of exploring leads and attracting promising candidates.

  • Initiative, openness to experimentation and testing of new solutions.

  • Good self-organisation skills and prioritization.

  • Sense of responsibility for the results of the whole team/organisation - determination to deliver quality outcomes and courage to hold others accountable for it as well.

  • Fresh, critical view on current processes and readiness to propose and implement changes.

  • Proficiency in Portuguese

Nice to have:

  • Experience in international recruitment and onboarding.

  • Experience in building brand awareness.

  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish (written and spoken).
